# Z-Anatomy skeletal projection

This adapted model is based on `SkeletalSystem100.fbx` from
[Z-Anatomy](https://github.com/LluisV/Z-Anatomy), developed by Lluís Vinent
Juanico with models from the Z-Anatomy project and contributions by Gauthier
Kervyn.

Can You Name modifications:

- converted the pinned FBX skeletal-system atlas to glTF;
- removed anatomical landmarks, muscle attachments, controls, and non-skeletal
  meshes;
- retained 236 named whole-bone nodes used by the reviewed recall catalog;
- replaced source materials with one neutral bone material;
- welded and conservatively simplified geometry;
- added a rigid humanoid transform hierarchy and seven retargeted Carnegie
  Mellon University Graphics Lab motion captures; and
- applied Meshopt geometry compression.

The embedded breakdance, backflip, roundhouse kick, Macarena, high-jump, walk,
and run clips derive from the
[CMU Graphics Lab Motion Capture Database](https://mocap.cs.cmu.edu/).
CMU permits copying, modification, redistribution, and inclusion of the motion
data in commercially sold products, but prohibits direct resale of the data.
The motion data was modified by sampling it at 30 fps, basis-correcting and
retargeting it to this model, normalizing locomotion to remain on stage, and
closing the running stride into one eight-second animation.
